This is WSJT asserting both RTS and DTS when you put it into transmit,
despite you setting the config for it to use only one. Guess your K3
recognizes one of them as CW Key? Fixing WSJT involves patching and
recompiling. Maybe easier if one of the K3 config options can be set to
ignore the unwanted rs232 signal.
