What about the 14.302.5 'Mobile Net' ? I don't hear it in VK and am not sure if that is still running, but I used to be on that net when driving my big rig in the US. It ran pretty much whenever the band was open.
That was in 2000 - 2001 so it may have dropped off the radar since then.
