Hi:
On my board, that extra hole that I referred to is almost underneath the
relay, and it intersects the silkscreen outline of C45.
Nowhere near the ends of the oval outline like all of the other caps, so
I figured that it didn't apply, but I just wanted to make sure.
I was just a bit leery of using inductive reasoning on a capacitor.

Yes, spread the legs of the small capacitor to fit the hole spacing.  That
action is necessary for several of the capacitors in the bandpass filter
area.
