Hi Don, My K3 is currently running WSPR at 1 watt on 20 meters through a DX-CC multiband dipole in a third story attic.
You can see the signal reports here: http://wsprnet.org/drupal/wsprnet/map (To see my current results, set the callsign to N7ZO, band to 20M, and period to last 24 hours.) Even when the bands seem to be dead, I am always amazed how well the signal is still getting around the world.
