WITH THE INTERNAL AA BATTERY OPTION YOUR POWER WILL DROP EVEN MORE. I USED AN EXTERNAL 12VDC BATTERY IN THE FIELD. I RECOMMEND RUNNING TWO 7.4 RADIO CONTROL BATTERIES FOR FIELD USE!
