While this is possible, it may not be practical. We don't have facilities for wide temperature cycling of the K3s (we do burn them in, of course), and it would be expensive and labor-intensive to add this. My contention is that 0.5 ppm with the high-precision oscillator is sufficient for the vast majority of users, and most of those who need a better TC could use the K3EXREF.
