K2/100 # 7006 (and me) participated in our first Field day this weekend. Everything worked flawlessly. I was working a 120-foot doublet fed with ladder line with a tuner at the base, also the first time out for this antenna.
If you have W4UA in your field day log on either 75m or 15m, then you heard me with K2 # 7006 on the air. Although our group was small, and we won't win any awards for number of contacts made, we had a lot of fun!
