Like Tommy I too end up deleting a ton of postings. The primary reason is because the subject field indicates equipment I don't have, or modes of operation I don't use. Also, there tends to be an endless string of thread postings until Eric finally says "hey, enough, guys."
Nevertheless, I have not unsubscribed. I will go through, read subject fields, and delete without reading, but I don't want to miss the one or two topics that are of interest to me. I guess it would be cool if there was some macro that would stuff everything into the trash folder except the topics of interest to me. Or, maybe there already is such a macro.
