This is a case where English is not the programmer's first language.
"Way to send" is referring to sending characters as at time, word at
a time (hold characters until a space is entered), or line at a time
(buffer until an "enter" <CR> character is typed). "Character Out"
(letter at a time) is the default for MMTTY but some operators prefer
to enable diddle (check LTR in the Diddle box on the Set-up TX tab)
and select "word" or "line" to minimize the chance that noise will
corrupt characters within a word/line.
