In my earlier post I did not mean to imply that it was an either/or situation. There are phone ops who never do CW, and vice-versa. There are ops who do both. The CW OPEN conflicts only for a few hours with NAQP SSB. There's no reason why some ops won't participate in both. It will be fitting to have Tom honored in both contests since both have "name" as part of the exchange.
