LP Bridge is quite easy to use and virtualizes a K3 for up to three comm ports. VSPE is actually quite easy to use as well, but not as obvious during set up. I use LP Bridge to combine rig and PTT control for programs like HRD. In Navy-Marine Corps MARS, we use digital modes like MT63 for data and traffic, and HRD doesn't have any facility for combining the control and PTT port. LPB handles it just fine. I've virtualized the PTT port to COM20, and the control port to COM19. Keep the xx in COMxx to a lower number to help ensure your logging/digital software can access the port numbers.
