I have the FM filter only in the main receiver, so I can't use the
subreceiver to transmit or receive FM, right?

I see the RIT only goes to 9.9 kHz, so I can't quite split up 10.

The repeater offset menu item has a minimum of 20 kHz.

I can emotionally handle not working T32C on another band slot, which is
good because I think the only way to do it is with RIT if the split is less
than 9.99 kHz, right?

Jim- W0EB helped me fix this, thanks. I set the rx frequency and FM mode,
tapped "a>b", set 'VFO B', and then "split". It works. VFO B does not
necessarily track the VFO A mode, as I learned. I think my control software
didn't set up the K3 correctly when I attempted to set the split in FM from
my keyboard, I will investigate.

I still have a lot to learn about the K3.
