I'm using 4.39. I just tested it to double check my previous statement. In 10Hz tuning mode it IS changing to 1Hz mode and tuning properly. In coarse tune mode (100 Hz), it is not changing tuning rate. I withdraw my statement about the 10Hz but stand by the 100Hz.
