What NOR/REV button are you talking about, Stewart? What some other radios call NOR/REV is called ALT on the K3 - it's a hold of the left end of the MODE button. I don't think that's what you mean. There is a button labelled REV on the K3, but it has nothing to do with NOR/REV modes. It's used to listen on your transmit frequency while in Split mode. There is no tap vs. hold with this button - it temporarily reverses VFOs A and B whenever it is in the depressed position.
