Hello Paul, Electrically they are equal. The blue one is a COG Cap (designer COG on the body), the brown one is an NP0 cap (the black marking at the top signs it as NP0)
Both material designers stand for High Q material!! C56 is the location with less space, so I would take the smaler one of both for this location.
