Mark, I second Mikes recommendation. I am using the 400hz filters in the main and sub receiver in my K3 and it performs superbly on CW. With these filters and using the APF filter when needed for digging out the weak ones, the K3 is a CW operators DX dream radio. I would recommend reading the write up "which filter should I buy?" on the Elecraft order page for the K3, down on the bottom of the page, for information on their CW filters.
