The directions on 11 detail installation of the XVTR BNC connectors on
the original top cover or phono jacks on the heat sink.

There is no guidance offered as to which would be preferred.  It is
mentioned that with the KPA 100 installed, I won't have XVTR holes in
the top cover.  They also mentioned that the phono jacks in the heat
sink are a relatively new addition to the heatsink.

Would the phono jacks (BTW, why the change from BNC to phono jacks?)
always be the 'better' installation method?
