It is not unusual for Elecraft to release the manual only just before shipping. I used the term "preliminary" because last minute changes to the firmware could change the way specific controls behave, etc. This would require a rewrite of that page of the manual.
Elecraft is still stating Late February for shipments to BEGIN.
