Skimmer and RBN are many wonderful things, but I'm not sure they are
signal-level "accurate." The signal level Skimmer gives you is SNR.

1. Noise levels will vary among different Skimmers.

2. Noise level will vary over time (both short- and long-term) for an
individual skimmer.
