It would be nice if someone would develop a rubber like slip-on covering for the KX3
like they have for multi-meters. It would need openings in the appropriate places and lettering for the opening designations that it covers up. Also nice would be a mating plastic snap-on cover (clear?) that fits over the display and controls. All this would help keep the KX3 from damage because the smaller and more portable a radio is the more likely it could suffer damage during travel/portable operations.
