U9 should be a 6v regulator, no? 77L06. It's getting 13.8v and
outputting 7.96v in the Alignment and Test Part I. The manual states on
U3, pin 6 should be 6+/-0.25 v. Because of U9 being 7.96, so is pin 6.
Any thoughts?
