Good Evening,
Spring has arrived. The temperature got into the 60s today for the
first time this year. Flowers are popping out. Birds are happy. The
local population of frogs is ecstatic. When I looked at the satellite
photo of the Western US there were no clouds over land from Southern
California to above Vancouver Island. Tomorrow is supposed to be even
warmer. This is nice.
Propagation varied all week. Good one day, poor the next. But
after the string of four C class flares it was pretty good again. I
think the ionosphere will be charged for tomorrow's two nets. I just
read the news on SpaceWeather.com. Four of the many sunspots peppering
the sun are ready for more C class flares and one is predicted to send
out an M class flare within the next day. With this amount of solar
activity the bands should be great over the next week.
Please join us tomorrow afternoon and evening.
