Having the same filters in both receivers, especially the cw filters, is a good idea *if* you will use the second receiver for diversity reception. However, I don't see why you would want both the 400 Hz and the "250" Hz filters in any receiver, as the real bandwidth of these filters (particularly the "250 Hz") is not close to the nominal numbers. In reality these filters are so close in bandwidth that having both seems redundant for most usage scenarios. If it were my rig, I would sell one of these filters and use the proceeds to buy one filter for the second receiver.
