Barry, I had the same thing here a few weeks ago. I found that I had no output from my LPA board. It is now at Elecraft being serviced but I have yet to hear the final resolution. It has only been in service for a week or so.
I used a scope and did some signal tracing and found that I had RF on the input of the LPA board and a logical HI on the 7T line. But I had no output from the LPA itself. I worked with support and we determined that something was probably wrong with the board itself. I removed it and sent it in. I found this doing the same thing - tuning up and only had two dashes on my display.
