Good question. I am asking the same thing. So far, i've had use of a THP 50 watt amp; it works well.
I have the following to offer: In favor of Elecraft..... 1 it's Elecraft 2 integration with radio controls assured 3 matching ATU (integration w/amp+radio likely) 4 ??? price but not 'cheap' 5 quality and support great 6 did I mention "it's Elecraft"?
