Hello David, This is one of my big gripes about LinkedIn. When you first sign up, in order to get your business/social network going you need to enter e-mail addresses of your contacts.
LinkedIn offers to do this for you by reading your address book. The unfortunate thing about this is that they really don't explain very well what they're doing and how they're doing it and I think this is by design. It's just so easy to miss the fine print and click on OK. So, if you have any mail reflector addresses in your address book this is how these get posted.
