Even though the FPGA 4 file was missing I downloaded v1.18 using the button "send all new firmware to K3" and it worked like a charm. As I understand it the FPGA 4 file was already in the previous download and did not change. It did not need to be loaded again so it showed up as "missing" in v1.18.
