I use the EMU-0202 with Windows 7. It works here. You need to get the driver that allows it to play with Win7, but it should work fine. You may be having a problem with the timing between the KX3 an NaP3; I did, and I had to play with the rig timing parameters under set up. But, it works.
I also pipe NaP3 out to FLDIGI using VAC V4.12.
