The amp was working OK earlier today but just now I was checking it in my dummy load and am getting no power out of the KPA500 on 160, 30 &17 meters. Got 500 out on 17 earlier today for a QSO. No matter what the drive is the power out on 160, 30 &17 meters displayed on my LP-100 is whatever the rig is putting out. The drive level does not seem to have any difference as far as the KPA500 is concerned on 160, 30 &17 meters. All other bands 40 – 6 are working OK. The rig is a Flex-5000. I rebooted the PC, powered off the amp off and then back on several times and powered the rig down and up but it made no difference.
Anyone have any thoughts as to why this is happening?
