Hi Doug,

I assume you don't have the KXFL3 roofing filter installed.  I had the same 
issue.  Make sure that in the MENU -->  temporally turn on  TECH MD [ON] , then 
select Rx xFIL and then set it to [not inSt].  I think you will find the 
setting in [norm].

This should fix that issue.
