I downloaded the KAT500 manual in anticipation of my tuner shipping. I have a question.
Hooking up my K3 and my Ten Tec Hercules II amp seems pretty straight forward concerning the KAT500 key line relay. The K3 uses a single line to the Herc for keying. But, I will also be using the tuner with my Ten Tec Orion and the Herc amp. The Orion uses a pair of lines for QSK - TX EN/TX OUT JACKS on the rear panel of the transceiver. I plan to interrupt one of the lines through the key line relay in the tuner.
