I was looking at the cabling diagram in the manual and it appears that the drawings for the AMP and XCVR have the wrong sex on the jacks. Unfortunately, unlike the descriptions in the K3 and KPA500 manuals there is no text in the manual specifying the connector sex. If they're really like the drawing shows, you would need a DE15 cable with male connectors on both ends and a DB15 cable with female connectors on both ends. It appears to me the XCVR jack should be a DE15 female and the AMP jack should be a DE15 female. Then the two cables could be the same, with a different sex connector on each end.
