Good catch, Randy. The DB15 cables have one male and one female connector. We weren't consistent with the depiction of the connectors.

Unfortunately, unlike the descriptions in the K3 and KPA500 manuals there is no text in the manual specifying the connector sex. If they're really like the drawing shows, you would need a DE15 cable with male connectors on both ends and a DB15 cable with female connectors on both ends. It appears to me the XCVR jack should be a DE15 female and the AMP jack should be a DE15 female. Then the two cables could be the same, with a different sex connector on each end. 73...
