Sorry I didn´t. Yes I did do that and then bias turns on of course. Thanks for the advice, I didn´t know about that command. I never ever use bias with my microphones. In the first place I was thinking maybe bias was on as default, this wasn´t the case with my first K3. Indeed when tapping "2" BIAS comes up in the display. However it wasn´t logical, if the bias was on, that when switching to the rear panel connector it did work and not from the FP connector. I´m sorry if I don´t express myself clear enough but this isn´t my language of birth you know. Anyway at this point I think it is the FP connector that hasn´t mated correctly (as Lyle pointed out). This seems logical since in the first place I was missing some stand off´s that holds the DSP board, this I didn´t mention. However I did put the stuff together anyway, it seemed to connect OK and I was looking at all the connector pins etc etc but I´m sure I missed something (obviously). As soon as I get the standoffs I will take it apart and remount everything again, then we will see. Again thanks everyone for the help, appreciate it.
