Good for you Philip - and I hope what they take away from this is that you can gain loads of enjoyment from seemingly minimalist setups.
That's the thrill of QRP: Doing more with less, and sometimes intentionally putting limits on the gear to see just what you can do with almost nothing. For many, it amplifies the fun factor.
