I skimmed the archives and then re-seated the TMP cables to no avail. Assuming the issue lies w/ the TCXO (I've got the KTCXO3-1), I pulled an extra two 'clicks' on the tie band to tighten it down (there was a bit of a gap between the oscillator and the socket, but the error remains.
I then carefully disconnected the KREF3 board and shot this pic: http://kc9wsj.us/KREF3_TCXO.jpg Is that tiny gap still an issue? Do I need to pull the crystal and trim its leads?
