Hi, See this for a similar signal (quote from LP-Pan Yahoo group):

The recording has me chasing it by clicking on the center every time I see it. It's sometimes only seconds between it disappearing from one frequency and reappearing at another. It's ongoing as I post this." This was only about 10kHz wide and wasn't wandering but rather jumping between several frequencies. One suggestion I have seen is that it is a military radar.
