I see it late in the evening after 10 pm cst and it lasts non-stop, with no let 
up, for hours.  Other people with pan-adapters have asked  about it.  It 
reminds me of a digital TV transmission.  It is nicely shaped and stable.


I've seen similar from OTHR (over the horizon RADAR). It usually has a well defined 20kHz bandwidth with a PRI of 10Hz.
DFing it usually suggests about 100 degrees from southern UK.
