For getting through pile-ups I have found the P3 to be invaluable in having a better idea of where to call. However, I am somewhat frustrated by the lack of progress in implementing P3 and P3SVGA features. There is so much potential just waiting to be unlocked that I am disappointed that it has been many months since the last firmware upgrade.
