I believe Dick did not state explicitly, the 2.7 kHz filter must be
enabled for transmit on DATA modes too. See the Filter Installation
section in Appendix A of the manual - especially the information below
the filter images on page 78.
Any filter can be enabled for receive, but some do not make much sense,
particularly for the 500 Hz filter.

Slot 1: 13 kHz, not 1300 kHz. You should enable this for receive for all
modes. This is your Tx FM filter.
Slot 2: 6 kHz, not 600 kHz. You should enable this for receive for all modes
except perhaps FM. This should be your Tx AM filter.
Slot 3. 2.7 kHz. I would enable this for receive for all modes including AM,
but not FM. This should be your Tx SSB and Tx CW filter.
Slot 5: 500 Hz: I would enable this for CW, USB, LSB, and Data, but not AM
or FM.

Hello, my first question on the site!
Can anyone tell me what the set-up is for configuring the filters please.
my present set-up is:
FM= 1300khz. Slot 1
AM-TX= 600khz. Slot 2
CW/SSB= 2.70khz. Slot 3
Data/Am= 0.50khz Slot 5
Are these correct, and / or what is the correct configuration please?
Many thanks in anticipation.
