Despite re-reading the manual, I'm still a little unclear on what the TUNE+DISPLAY command does with a KAT100 or KAT2 tuner.
What I THINK it does is: 1) temporarily disables AUTO TUNE and its 2 or 20 watt limit 2) enters (normal) TUNE at the requested power level 3) displays the current swr Is this correct? Is it showing swr with or without the tuner's L and C values in the circuit? And lastly, what would most people use this command for? My K2/KAT100 seems to always show 1.0-1 when using TUNE+DISPLAY. 73, N5BCN, Brian -- View this message in context: http://elecraft.365791.n2.nabble.com/K2-TUNE-DISPLAY-Command-w-KAT100-KAT2-tp7572417.html Sent from the Elecraft mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
