Jim, I think you're talking about the "RRC-Micro PC-Client"? That's something completely different from the K3/0 Mini.
Tony's question was about using the regular RRCs *without* a PC, on public wifi that requires browser-based login. I don't know if RemoteRig has an answer for that or not.
