I went through mine once when I bought the radio and changed a few for the options I'd installed. Most of the others had the value I'd choose anyway. But I did go through them all. I don't change them very much at all after that initial pass.
I change the PTT-KEY option sometimes. I want it on for my contest logging program and off most of the other times. I just worked through the list in the K3 Owner's manual once. I marked the ones I thought I might want to change afterward.
