Dick,

I suggest you think of the menus as a way to customize your K3 - they are seldom used during operation. That is particularly true of the Configuration Menu. In the Main Menu, the only item that might require use during operation is the MIC SEL, and then only if you have a microphone connected to both the front and rear jacks and wish to switch between them.

Yes, initially you may want to experiment with some of the menu settings, but once set up the way you want your K3 to operate, you will not be changing them.
