Sorry my friend. You need to pick better frequency/time pairs or improve your antenna.

There are a number of us over on the East Coast who are getting Q5 reports with just 5 Watts. Check out NA1DX's page. But seriously, do not be surprised at what you can work QRP. When conditions are good, you should expect to really reach out and touch other hams a long way out.
