1. I have quadruple-checked the polarity of every diode, electrolytic and resistor pack.
2. I have quadruple-checked the orientation of every ic and transistor or voltage regulator. 3. I have reheated every pin I could reach. 4. I have not reversed X1 and X2. 5. I have loaded the latest version of firmware, and it seemed to work fine. I used the correct version for the KRC2ACC. I still do not seem to pass the initial checks. I cannot get voltages to appear on any of the "band relay" terminals. Yes, I am checking at the terminal itself, not the screw. What is my next move?
