Brian- Your original post said you were working on the KRC2. Your last post stated you had it configured as the KRC2ACC. The KRC2ACC uses different firmware, and behaves differently than the basic KRC2. The KRC2ACC accessibility upgrade and operation instructions indicate how the KRC2ACC firmware should behave. Please confirm which configuration and firmware you are using.
