Here's a simple product that can be used to couple a typical headphone output to a hearing aid that has a T-coil. The plug is almost certainly a 2-circuit (Tip-Sleeve) plug, so you would need to change it to a 3-circuit (Tip-Ring-Sleeve) to use it with a K3.
