Jean,
The voltage measured at the minimum ideally is zero, but that is not
usually obtainable in practice. The actual voltage will depend on the
power level you used.
Look at the position of the slot in the trimmer capacitor. If it
perpendicular to an imaginary line drawn between the two leads, then it
is either at maximum or minimum capacity - if the slot is at any other
position, then you have a good minimum.

Hi other K2 - KAT 100 owners/builders .
Concerning the allignement of the SWR of the KAT 100 unit with use of C31(SWR
setup allign).
I only could obtain a critical minimum voltage value of 42mVDC on my DMM at pin
3 of the U5 chip in this tuner unit.
Does, some other guys have also those results obtained,or could this result be
mutch better.
I case of,how to obtain, has it something to see with a wrong of faulty
component ?
I already have take a closely look, but could not seen any fault or mis mount of
any component !!!
Behind this obtained value the KPA100 tuner works great for now..
But this is a question of optimalization..
