OK, I have reluctantly added my yahoo mail account to the iPad mail client as a work around for sending plain text to the list. The reason I was using the yahoo mail client was that it is easy or at least possible to use filters and folders in it to organise the mail. I like to keep my email lists, yahoo groups etc separate from my main email for personal and business which use a different account and mail client. Anyway, let's see if this is any better. Sorry for the OT.
